22 Board Company offers exchanges for your item provided the item and its packaging is in its original condition with the original tag attached. Exchanges are not available on promotional or sale items. Exchanges can be made 30 days from date of purchase only if the item has signs of a manufacturer defect or noticeable blemishes. We cover shipping cost one-way for your exchange.  We will email you a shipping label that is to be printed on a inkjet printer and fully taped over the original shipping label that is on the box your item was delivered in. Once a item ships from out from our office or ships back to us from your residence or business, from the time it leaves ours or your possession, during that transit process we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.  You will need to contact the shipping carrier appointed for any issues.


While we do our best to make sure every customer gets the exact colorway that is displayed on the site or our social media platforms.  The facts of the matter are, in skateboarding decks in particular, come in a vast selection of variants such as sizes and wood stain colors from the deck manufacturer.  Those manufacturers have rules in place to follow such as if you want all your wood stains the same color you have to order 100-300 decks in only that color depending on the woodshop.  Most brands order what's called "All Assorted meaning you can order 100-300 decks in all assorted color wood stains.  We like to order "All Assorted" most of the time.  When these get low in stock, then there becomes a more limited selection available.  So the color wood stain you see advertised may vary to what you actually receive, but it will indeed be the exact same overall graphic.  This is not a justified reason to exchange your item.  Items with assorted colors will have stated in the item description section ***Colorways May Vary***  But we promise you, they all look dope AF.


22 Board Company wants you to be completely satisfied with everything we offer. All defective products should be shipped back where our quality control department will examine it and determine if the item is in fact a justifiable defect.
