SHIPPING INFORMATION

We offer several options for shipping your products to you.

Shipping charges vary by region and items ordered.

All orders will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once shipped.

Most orders are sent out within 2-3 days depending on inventory and order volume.

22 Board Company cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been delivered and tracked to the address that was provided.

UPS/FedEx do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please select Priority Mail or Express Mail at check out for shipments to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Unfortunately, both options are excluded from shipping promotions.

FREE SHIPPING

Free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $99 or more delivered within the 48 contiguous United States with a maximum weight of 10 lbs. 

 

Next Day + Overnight Shipping

Based on location, choose between UPS Next Day Saver and FedEx Standard or FedEx Priority Overnight for expedited delivery within the 48 contiguous United States. Prices vary based on destination and package weight. First time customers choosing Next Day or Overnight shipping may require verification. 

 

PRE-ORDER POLICY

Your entire order will ship together when all items in your order are available to ship. The items you order will be put on hold for you until your last pre-ordered item is released.

Pre-orders will not ship separately from the rest of your order. To have in-stock items ship separately from pre-orders, place separate orders for pre-order items.
